Can I get a refund? We don’t accept refunds; however, we do accept exchanges.

How long will it take my order to ship? All items are made to order and because of this, processing time is between 3-5 business days. Please allow up to 14 days to receive your items. If you choose to pick up your item please expect 3-5 business days before pickup becomes available.

Can I pay to get my order expedited? At this time you can not pay to expedite your order, but we will try our best to get your order shipped out as soon as possible.

Why didn’t I get a confirmation email? Most times the the email that you typed in was misspelled. Please double check your email before placing an order to verify you did not spell anything wrong.

Can I change my address on my order? Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we are unable to change the shipping address.
